We have a “Tree of Life”, which is a permanent exhibit near the entrance to our facility. This “Tree of Life” contains leaves and plaques containing donors' names to recognize those who make significant contributions to the Nursing Center or Foundation.
- Contributors – a silver leaf that acknowledges gifts of $100 to $249
- Friend – a copper leaf that acknowledges gifts of $250 to $499
- Patron – a brass leaf that acknowledges gifts of $500 to $999
- Benefactor – a brass plaque that acknowledges gifts of $1000 or more
